We decided to specialize our focus on Van rentals. Our fleet includes the following:

In what condition can I expect my rental vehicle to be?

All ROVR vans are acquired brand new and up kept at the highest level of specification. Vehicles are routinely washed, cleaned and inspected to ensure a problem free rental experience.

Is there extra room for my luggage?

Vehicles in our fleet are acquired with the needs of our customers in mind. Cargo room is an important factor for our customers and you can be sure that our agents will help you find a van to fit all your luggage. If you plan on transporting large items, we suggest our cargo vans or one of our larger passenger vans with removable seating to accommodate your needs.

What are the requirements to rent a vehicle? Do I have to be a certain age?

All renters must present a valid driver’s license and credit card in their own name. Your driving record must indicate that you are a safe driver and renters may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report.
Liability coverage is required for all drivers. You can purchase this insurance from us, or provide proof of your own. If you are between 21 and 25 years of age, you are required to have full coverage of your own. We don’t provide any insurance for drivers between the ages of 21 and 25, but full coverage is required.
Drivers must be 21 or older to drive our vehicles. Drivers between the ages of 21-25 may be charged an additional fee.

Does ROVR Rentals offer any discounts for vehicle rentals?

ROVR Rentals is dedicated to providing the best value in the industry. Our rates are extremely competitive and we pride ourselves in providing customers affordable solutions. Discounts may be offered to returning customers based on availability of vans and seasonal fluctuations.

Are there any special terms that need to be followed when I rent a vehicle from ROVR Rentals?

All customers must:
1. Have a valid driver’s license and credit card.
2. Follow all applicable traffic laws.
3. Return the rented vehicle with a full tank of gas (alternatively, customers will be charged a fee for refueling the vehicle).
4. Have children properly secured in approved seats.
5. Wear safety belts at all times.
6. Not smoke in the rental vehicle (a $200.00 cleaning and deionization fee will be charged to any vehicle which smells like smoke).
7. Refrain from drug and alcohol use when operating the vehicle.
8. Not cross ANY international border (special arrangements can be made for cross-border travel, but renter must provide full coverage in these instances).
9. Be 21 years of age or older (Fees may apply).

Must I bring anything with me when I pick-up my rented vehicle?

Upon picking up your rental vehicle, you must present a valid driver’s license and credit card in your own name. We also require proof of liability coverage if you are not purchasing coverage from us.

Can someone else drive the rented vehicle?

Many times long trips require more than one driver. All additional drivers must be documented and will be subject to all of the same terms.

How is my rental rate calculated?

All rentals are charged by the day and will be determined by the type of vehicle selected along with any delivery and/or pick-up services as additional fees. Additional fees will apply for insurance purchased and additional services. Please visit our fleet page to view a list of all vehicle types and pricing.

Are any additional services or equipment available from your agency?

ROVR Rentals was established with the renter in mind, therefore, we have made available many useful and valuable services and equipment. For an additional fee, the following options are available:
1. Supplemental Liability Coverage
2. Tow hitch packages
3. Child car seats
4. GPS Navigation Units

Additionally, our facility has a store where you can find a wide variety of products for in vehicle operation, mobile accessories, automotive essentials, camping supplies, BBQ supplies, and moving equipment including boxes, packaging equipment, tape, moving blankets and more!

Does ROVR Rentals require a deposit when I make my reservation?

Yes. The required deposit amount varies depending on the model of vehicle you choose. Please consult with a customer service agent for details.

Can I cancel an existing vehicle reservation?

Yes. You will not be charged any cancellation fees for reservations cancelled within 72-hours. Any reservations cancelled after the cutoff will be charged 1-days rental and any additional taxes or fees which apply.

What if I am late returning my rented vehicle?

Many times it is difficult to precisely return a rented vehicle at the time specified, therefore we have a 2-hour grace period. Any rentals retuned after the grace period will be charged a late fee equal to 1-days rent.

What are my payment options when paying for my rental vehicle?

We accept the following credit cards for deposits and payments: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER.
